Welding Wire-FW100

Flux cored wleding wire FW100 is with High-chrome-high carbon hard alloy on Fe-basis.

Chemical Compositions(%)

C: 4.5;  Cr: 28;    Mn: 0.6;  Si: 0.8;  Fe: Balance

Hardness Range

1st layer on S235 JRG2: 58-62HRC

2nd layer on S235 JRG2: 60-63HRC

Pure welding deposit: 63-66HRC

Welding wire FW100 could be well applied to hard faced components that are subject to anti wear and moderate impact. It produces a wear resistant, austenitic, primary carbide-containing welding deposit.

The material can not be flame cut, offers good resistance to scalling and can not be machined. The weld deposit exhibits cracks.

Recommended particularly for the hardfacing of parts subjected to strong abrasion and average shock stress, e.g. screws, dredging bucket from edges, sieves, stirrer blades, top coats on dredger teeth and crushing rolls. The application temperatures should not exceed 350℃

Description

Abrasion-Tech chromium flux cored wire which enables a Cr-Mo-V alloyed deposit for semi automatic and automatic surfacing.

It is good for customer to repair and build up worn components and (or) provide cladding of components subject to all types of abrasion, impact, corrosion or temperature.

Our products protect high-wear components in plants and machinery, and provide a very economical and long-lasting solution to a wide range of wear problems.

With the application of weld overlays, most new or rebuilt components can meet service life targets not achievable under original OEM conditions, and our team can assist welding engineers in developing these processes.
